Roku’s First OLED TVs Drop to $699 With New Amazon Discounts

Roku has officially launched its inaugural lineup of OLED televisions, and Amazon is already offering steep discounts on the new models. The Pro Series, which features a 120Hz refresh rate OLED panel, four HDMI 2.1 ports, and support for Dolby Vision and HDR10+, carries a standard starting price of $999 for the 55-inch variant. However, shoppers can reduce the cost by $300 at checkout by applying the code ROKUOLED300, bringing the price down to $699.

For consumers preferring a larger screen, the 65-inch Pro Series model lists at $1,299 but is available for $799 after entering the code ROKUOLED400. This pricing makes the Roku Pro Series one of the most affordable modern 55-inch OLEDs currently on the market. While The Verge has not yet conducted tests on these specific models, early indications suggest they offer strong picture quality for budget-conscious buyers.

As with other Roku-branded televisions, the company’s operating system is integrated directly into the hardware, eliminating the need for external streaming devices unless users prefer alternative brand hardware. The Pro Series also includes a backlit remote control, auto low-latency mode for gaming, and variable refresh rate compatibility via AMD FreeSync Premium. Looking ahead, Roku plans to release a higher-end Pro Series LX model in October. Priced starting at $1,299, the LX is expected to feature a refresh rate of 144Hz, a reflection-reducing polarizer, and brightness levels claimed to be double that of the standard Pro Series.

Beyond television sets, several other tech deals are currently active. The Nothing Phone 4A Pro has received its first major price cut on Amazon. The base configuration, equipped with 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage, is listed at $449, down from $499. The upgraded version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is available for $509, reduced from $599. The device features the brand’s signature Glyph Matrix, which displays time, battery status, and notification icons. Reviews have highlighted its distinctive design, slim profile, and high-quality display.

Additionally, Amazon is running sales on various DJI Osmo Nano video camera bundles. The most economical package, priced at $349, includes the compact camera featuring 64GB of internal storage, the Vision Dock with an integrated screen, a magnetic ball joint mount, a protective case, a USB-C cable, and two magnetic mounting accessories. The camera has gained recognition for delivering high-quality video relative to its small form factor and affordable cost.
