Live updates are underway for a series of UEFA Nations League matches scheduled for kick-off at 7:45pm BST. The evening’s fixtures include a high-profile clash between France and Belgium in Group C1, alongside Italy’s match against Turkey and the Group C2 encounter between Northern Ireland and Georgia.
Italy has named a strong 4-3-3 lineup for the game against Turkey, with Gianluigi Donnarumma positioned in goal. The defensive line features Alessandro Di Lorenzo, Francesco Acerbi, Alessandro Bastoni, and Matteo Ruggeri. The midfield trio consists of Nicolò Barella, Leonardo Romano, and Youssouf Fofana, while the attack is led by Federico Vergara, Giacomo Scamacca, and Davide Maldini.
For Turkey, goalkeeper Uğurcan Çakır leads a back four comprising Zeki Çelik, Abdülkerim Bardakçı, Ozan Kabak, and Ferdi Kadıoğlu. The midfield includes Eren Elmali, İsmail Yüksek, Salih Özcan, and İrfan Can Kahveci, supported by Yunus Akgün and Aral Şimşir up front. Both teams have numerous substitutes available, including notable names such as Gianluca Mancini for Italy and Kerem Aktürkoğlu for Turkey.
France vs Belgium is the game of the night. Two heavyweights colliding in Group C1 should be absolute chaos.
Finally, Vergara and Maldini starting together! Italy’s attack looks terrifying tonight. Let’s go Azzurri!
