A woman in her 40s is facing allegations of murder and attempted murder after a stabbing incident in the Blue Mountains left one child dead and two others fighting for their lives in the hospital.
The attack occurred on Sunday in Valley Heights. Bystanders discovered all four individuals on the side of the road suffering from stabbing injuries.
