Legal authorities in Romania have formally charged social media personality Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan with human trafficking offenses, concluding years of investigation into their activities.
The indictment against Andrew Tate encompasses allegations of trafficking minors, money laundering, sexual relations with a minor, and witness tampering. His brother, Tristan, faces charges of complicity in the same crimes.
The brothers, who hold dual citizenship in the United States and the United Kingdom, were arrested in Miami in late July. This detention followed an extradition request submitted by British authorities.
