Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material as permitted by law.
5. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
6. Removing Content Without a Formal Notice
If you are the publisher of an article and would simply prefer that we stop aggregating your content, you may contact us at connect@yovao.com. We will typically remove or delist the content promptly upon verification of your request, without requiring a formal DMCA notice.
