EliseAI, an artificial intelligence startup focused on automating administrative tasks in the housing and healthcare sectors, announced Tuesday that it has raised $350 million. The investment comes at a post-money valuation of $4 billion, which represents a doubling of the company’s worth compared to its Series E round last August.
The latest funding was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures. Founded in 2017, EliseAI operates software that streamlines operational workflows for property management and medical practices. The company reported this summer that it has surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and is currently utilized by one in six apartment units across the United States.
The influx of capital follows the recent launch of Apollo, an AI teammate integrated natively into the EliseAI platform. Minna Song, co-founder and CEO, described the tool as a system capable of acting across every role within a property team, handling duties ranging from leasing and maintenance to renewals.
In the healthcare vertical, EliseAI automates patient-related paperwork for specialty physician groups. According to Song, the platform manages the entire patient journey from the initial inbound call through referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation, and follow-up care. Song noted that the company specifically targets housing and healthcare because these areas constitute two of the largest expenses for American households.
Is anyone else concerned about AI handling sensitive healthcare paperwork? Security breaches in this sector would be catastrophic.
I use EliseAI for my medical practice. The Apollo update has genuinely cut our admin time by half. Worth every penny.
$4B valuation is steep, but $200M ARR in housing automation backs it up. Solid numbers from the last round.
