A trial court has heard that Beau Lamarre-Condon, a New South Wales police officer accused of murdering his former partner and his partner’s new boyfriend, did not discuss the intended victim in the three months leading up to the alleged killings.
Lamarre-Condon, 31, has entered pleas of not guilty to the charges arising from the deaths of Jesse Baird and Luke Davies at a Sydney terrace in February 2024.
Despite evidence suggesting an obsession with his ex-partner, the jury was informed that he maintained silence regarding Baird when speaking with a close friend during the period preceding the fatal incident.
