The president emphasized that the administration would not impede the expansion of the technology. “We will not in any way hinder or stifle the Growth of this incredible Industry,” Trump wrote. “Rather, we will cherish it, help it, and watch over it, as it grows!” The announcement did not provide specific operational details for the AI Force.
Additionally, Trump launched a poll inviting the public to suggest a more “elegant and accurate description” for artificial intelligence, with proposed alternatives including “extreme intelligence” or “supreme intelligence.” This move stands in stark contrast to recent recommendations from industry leaders.
