Troubleshooting the Outlook Web Error: Your Message Can’t Be Displayed Right Now

A more targeted approach involves clearing site data specifically for Outlook.

For Microsoft Edge users, begin by disabling sync to prevent changes from propagating across devices. Navigate to Settings via the three-dot menu, go to Profiles and Sync, and turn off syncing options—remembering to re-enable them later. To remove Outlook cookies, open the Outlook website, click the lock icon in the address bar, select Cookies and site data, and then Cookies. Delete each Outlook cookie listed under Allowed, then refresh and sign back in.
