Recruitment Firm Owner Allegedly Linked to Doxxing Campaign Against RNLI and Activists

A recruitment business owner from Worcester has been accused of orchestrating a targeted doxxing campaign against the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), anti-racism advocates, and corporate leaders who prioritize hiring Black, Asian, and minority ethnic staff.

Tom Watson, who owns a recruitment firm, is alleged to be the individual behind the X account known as “Big Time Charlie.” The account was reportedly created to publish the personal details of its targets under the banner of “Traitorbase.” Following identification by the campaign group Hope Not Hate, the account was quickly deactivated.

  1. I find it hard to believe a recruitment boss would risk his entire business for this. Seems like a desperate act, but no excuse for doxxing anyone.

  2. This is absolutely terrifying. Targeting charity workers and activists with personal data is beyond the pale. Hope the police take this very seriously.
