Mauricio Pochettino, the former manager of both Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea, has revealed that he hopes to make a comeback to the Premier League at some point in his career.
The Argentine coach, whose tenure at both London clubs ended several years ago, indicated that the top flight of English football remains an appealing destination for his next managerial step.
Pochettino led Tottenham to the Champions League final in 2019 and guided Chelsea to Premier League victory in 2017 before departing both sides. His comments suggest that while he is currently not managing in England, the opportunity to return to the competitive environment of the Premier League is still on his radar.
Chelsea needs to bring him back. He got them that title and they have unfinished business.
