A 27-year-old man holding dual UK and Iranian citizenship has been taken into custody by counter-terrorism police regarding the security breach at RAF Fairford. The arrest occurred in Westminster, London, on suspicion of preparing acts of terrorism.

Authorities have also questioned a second man, aged 26 and a British national, under caution. Police executed searches at two residential properties in the vicinity as part of the ongoing probe.
