The “looksmaxxing” influencer known as Clavicular has released his first social media video since news emerged Monday that he faces criminal charges of rape and drugging in Massachusetts.
Uploaded to both TikTok and Instagram, the post features a compilation of text message screenshots with a contact identified as “Leksy,” a clip of Clavicular stating there are “better ways to make money than suing someone because they don’t want you,” and a photo of a handwritten note simply reading “Interesting…”. He captioned the Instagram post with “Greed is a sin” and added on TikTok: “Yeah still texting me to this day… totally not just trying to be greedy and get a check.”
Clavicular had previously taken to X to respond to the initial reports, writing, “Happens to all successful young men, people try to come for your money. Greed is evil.” he
Legal documents filed on September 8 allege that Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters, is accused of one count of rape, one count of drugging an individual for the purpose of sexual intercourse, and one count of procuring liquor for a person under the age of 21. The alleged incidents occurred on May 23, 2025. His arraignment is scheduled for October 14, and he remains out of custody. Mitchell Jackson, Clavicular’s representative, told NBC News that his client has not been physically served with the charges.
Although the victim has not been named due to Massachusetts law, the timeline of the alleged offenses appears to coincide with a civil lawsuit filed against Clavicular by 18-year-old influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza. Mendoza had accused him of battery, fraud, and sexual misconduct during events in 2025. In July, Clavicular denied the allegations and moved to dismiss several counts of the civil case.
Peters, 20, has gained significant internet fame, particularly on TikTok, for provocative content documenting his engagement in extreme body modification practices such as facial injections and bone smashing, collectively referred to as “looksmaxxing.”
This reads like a script written to minimize the horror. Just wait until the trial starts.
