Apple is enhancing its iCloud+ service by integrating access to Apple TV, Apple Arcade, and Apple Music Select into its subscription tiers. The updated bundle is now available in more than 100 countries, marking a significant shift in how the company packages its streaming and gaming services alongside cloud storage.
This move comes as Apple appears to be de-emphasizing its premium Apple One bundle in these regions. While Apple One combines iCloud+, TV, Music, and Arcade for at least $20 monthly, the standalone iCloud+ plan offers a much lower entry point—starting at just $1 in the US and comparable prices globally. By adding major entertainment services to the budget iCloud+ tier, Apple may be aiming to drive greater adoption of its ecosystem in price-sensitive markets.
According to reports from 9to5Mac, the inclusion of Apple Music Select provides subscribers with access to several ad-free internet radio stations. Additionally, the rollout significantly broadens the reach of Apple TV, extending its availability to 59 new countries.
Despite the global expansion, the United States will not receive the upgraded iCloud+ bundle. The new offering is available in regions including India, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Turkey, and the UAE, among many others across Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean.
