Leaders from Anthropic, Gamma, and Clay are set to convene on the AI Stage at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 to address the practical realities of deploying artificial intelligence within enterprise environments. Scheduled for October 13–15 at Moscone West in San Francisco, the session, titled “What Anthropic Sees When Enterprises Actually Deploy Claude,” aims to move beyond superficial demonstrations to explore how customers integrate AI into critical workflows.
Cat de Jong, Head of Applied AI at Anthropic, will provide an analysis of patterns observed across enterprise implementations. She plans to examine the factors that determine whether deployments succeed or stagnate as pilots, highlighting the distinction between organizations that extract tangible value from Claude and those that remain stuck in experimental phases months after initial integration.
Grant Lee, Co-Founder and CEO of Gamma, will offer a perspective from the product development side. Gamma has evolved from a presentation tool into a comprehensive visual communication platform, reportedly approaching 100 million users as it expanded its AI capabilities into marketing assets. Lee will discuss the hurdles involved in making AI products useful enough for sustained user retention and how to align powerful AI features with genuine customer problems.
Kareem Amin, Co-Founder and CEO of Clay, will contribute insights from his experience building infrastructure for data aggregation and agentic workflows. Clay was integrated into Anthropic’s Claude interface as a launch app in January, placing Amin in a unique position to discuss how AI becomes embedded in existing sales and growth-to-market strategies. Together, the three speakers will bridge the gap between enterprise deployment patterns and the founder experience of building tools that users rely on daily.
TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 is expected to draw more than 10,000 attendees, including founders, investors, and operators. The event will feature over 200 sessions across six industry stages, with participation from more than 250 speakers and 300 exhibiting startups.
Another panel promising practical insights? I’ll believe it when I see actual code examples, not just success stories and buzzwords.
Gamma hitting 100 million users is wild. I wonder if they shared any specific retention metrics during the session?
Pilot purgatory is the real industry secret. Glad someone finally talked about why these deployments stall instead of scaling.
