TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 Reopens Exhibit Table Bookings With September 30 Deadline

TechCrunch has reopened exhibitor registration for TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, offering a final window for startups to secure a presence on the Expo Hall floor. The extended booking period closes sharply on September 30 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, marking the last opportunity for companies to reserve table space before the event.

The conference is scheduled to take place from October 13 to 15 at Moscone West in San Francisco. Expected attendees include over 10,000 founders, investors, operators, and technology leaders seeking new ventures to fund, products to adopt, and strategic partnerships to form.

According to the announcement, securing an exhibit table provides startups with three days of direct access to potential customers, venture capitalists actively scouting for opportunities, and industry peers. Participants can leverage the Disrupt mobile application to capture leads and engage in face-to-face negotiations regarding customer acquisition and partnerships.

The standard exhibit package is priced at $12,500. This fee covers a 6-foot by 30-inch branded table for the duration of the event, ten team passes, lead-generation tools, branding on the event website and app, access to press lists, and Silver Tier sponsor visibility. Additional networking opportunities include the Deal Flow Café and Investor-to-Founder sessions.

Organizers emphasized that availability is limited on a first-come, first-served basis, urging interested parties to act quickly before the Expo Hall reaches capacity.

For those not exhibiting, general admission tickets remain available. The event will feature more than 200 sessions across six industry stages, featuring over 250 tech leaders, as well as the Startup Battlefield 200 competition. Regular ticket pricing ends on September 25 at 11:59 p.m. PT, after which prices will increase. A discount of up to $200 is available before the deadline, along with a 50% reduction on a second ticket purchased for a colleague.
