Rachel Danis to Join Husband Patrick Clancy on ’60 Minutes’ Following Lindsay Clancy Trial

Dr. Rachel Danis, the wife of Patrick Clancy, is set to make her first televised appearance since her family’s tragedy became a public spectacle. She will join her husband on the upcoming Sunday broadcast of ’60 Minutes,’ as reported by CBS News.

The Clancy family’s personal life attracted intense social media scrutiny during the trial of Lindsay Clancy, who is accused of killing their three children in 2023: Cora, age 5; Dawson, age 3; and Callan, age 8 months. The legal proceedings recently concluded with a mistrial, and prosecutors have not yet determined whether to pursue a retrial.

During the interview with correspondent Ross Douthat, which took place just weeks after the trial ended, Patrick Clancy addressed the heavy toll of grief, mental health struggles, and the wave of conspiracy theories that circulated online. He also shared poignant reflections on his late children, revealing that he continues to speak to them daily.

When Douthat asked what he says to them, Patrick Clancy responded, “Help me. All the time.”

The full interview will air on Sunday, September 20, at 7 p.m. ET/PT on CBS and Paramount+.

  1. I can’t imagine the weight of dealing with both grief and online conspiracy theories. That takes incredible strength.
