Court Hears Billings Contacted Tinder Match Hours After Stabbing Molly Ticehurst

A court has been told that Daniel Billings made a phone call to a woman he had met on Tinder approximately two hours after fatally stabbing his former partner, Molly Ticehurst.

During the call at 2:02 am on April 22, 2024, Billings reportedly said, “I’m sorry I murdered her,” and added, “I did what I did.” The conversation took place while he was at a friend’s house.

The disclosure emerged during proceedings regarding the 2024 domestic violence murder. Billings is accused of killing Ticehurst in a violent attack prior to contacting the other woman.

  1. Poor Molly. Two hours later and he’s casually talking to someone else while confessing. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
