Loud explosions were heard in Sanaa, the Yemeni capital currently under the control of the Iran-backed Houthi rebel movement, on Saturday. Houthi-affiliated media outlets immediately attributed the blasts to “Saudi aggression.”
This incident follows a series of accusations made earlier in the week, when the Houthis claimed that Saudi Arabia had bombed the city for the first time since hostilities between the two sides resumed in July.
