French Students Maintain Protests Over School Conditions

Student demonstrators in France have sustained their school blockades and public protests throughout the week, driven by a series of grievances regarding educational conditions. At the Lycée Hélène Boucher in Paris, students highlighted severe overcrowding as a central issue, with one student telling FRANCE 24 journalist Antonia Kerrigan that some classes are enrolling more than 36 pupils.
