Critics argue that Collins bears responsibility for the program cuts that contributed to the shutdowns of these maternal health facilities, even though she ultimately cast a vote against the final version of the bill.
Those closure numbers are terrifying. At least someone is paying attention to what’s happening in our hospitals now.
