He clarified that no weapons were detonated during the incident. According to preliminary findings, the initial explosion involved black powder, while the second, significantly larger blast is currently under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Justiniano emphasized that rescue operations are ongoing, with seven people still unaccounted for. He urged that emergency responders prioritize protecting lives and attending to the injured, adding that families will only be allowed to return home once safety conditions are confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>President Rodrigo Paz expressed his deepest sympathy to the families of the victims and the injured through a post on X.
