Approximately 18 minutes after ignition, ISRO confirmed that the EOS-05 Earth observation satellite had achieved its designated sub-geosynchronous transfer orbit.<\/p>\n<p>This mission represents the 19th flight for India&#8217;s GSLV rocket and carries significant weight as ISRO&#8217;s first successful launch of 2026. It follows a setback in January, when a Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle failed to place 16 satellites into their intended orbits.<\/p>\n<p>WEighing over 2,300 kilograms, EOS-05 is the heaviest payload ever carried by a GSLV.
