Portsmouth head coach John Mousinho has issued an apology to Cardiff City\u2019s players after a disturbing incident involving spectators at Fratton Park during their recent 2-0 Championship victory.<\/p>\n
The confrontation occurred in the 72nd minute when Cardiff defender Krystian Bielik was involved in a physical exchange with a supporter while retrieving a loose ball. Following the match, Cardiff manager Brian Barry-Murphy alleged that Bielik had been slapped on the face, while social media footage appeared to show the Polish international grabbing a young fan by the upper body.<\/p>\n
The situation escalated further when another spectator threw a ball at Cardiff defender Perry Ng, prompting stadium officials to remove both fans from the venue.<\/p>\n
Addressing the matter post-match, Mousinho acknowledged the severity of the event. \u201cThe referee mentioned there was a bit of a kerfuffle and one of the supporters struck him,\u201d Mousinho said. \u201cIt wasn\u2019t a good incident.
