Spotify has introduced Fresh Finds Forward, an initiative designed to help emerging musicians leverage the visibility gained from placement on the streaming platform’s Fresh Finds playlists. While inclusion in these curated lists has long been considered a significant milestone for indie artists seeking to stand out in a crowded digital landscape, the new program aims to provide the practical support needed to sustain that momentum.
Eligibility extends to any artist added to a Fresh Finds playlist beginning January 1, 2026. Selected participants will receive twelve months of supplementary resources tailored to their career development.
A centerpiece of the offering is complimentary recording time at renowned facilities. US-based artists will gain access to sessions at Electric Lady Studios in New York City, The Lighthouse at Ocean Way Nashville, or Spotify’s own Studios in Los Angeles. In addition to studio space, beneficiaries will enjoy early access to upcoming Spotify tools and features, along with priority support.
