Stafford far-right extremist Ivan Jennings jailed for five years

Ivan Jennings, a 46-year-old rightwing extremist from Stafford, has been sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to encouraging terrorism via social media. The conviction follows an investigation into his participation in far-right online groups during the first three months of 2024.

Court documents reveal that Jennings advocated for the poisoning of Jewish and Muslim communities and called for the murder of migrants and minority groups, referring to them as “subhumans.” He argued that killing hundreds of these individuals was “justified and actually needed” within extremist circles.

The sentencing concludes proceedings against Jennings, who used digital platforms to spread violent rhetoric targeting specific ethnic and religious populations over a sustained three-month period.
