Two Thieves Steal Four Artworks from Renoir Museum on French Riviera

Authorities in southern France have reported a break-in at the museum dedicated to impressionist painter Pierre-Auguste Renoir, located in Cagnes-sur-Mer. According to local officials, two perpetrators gained entry and made off with four pieces of art.

Bryan Masson, the mayor of Cagnes-sur-Mer, confirmed that the incident occurred early in the morning. He noted that while the thieves succeeded in taking four artworks, they were forced to abandon one item as they fled the scene.
