The technology is accessed through smartphones and Meta’s AI-enabled smart glasses, allowing workers to receive instructions without interrupting their tasks. The startup has secured $25 million in funding from notable investors including Elad Gil, Khosla Ventures, and Lennar.
The initiative addresses a critical workforce gap in the sector, where demand has surged to levels that strain available talent. According to recent data, large-scale projects such as data centers now require between 4,000 and 5,000 workers each, highlighting the severity of the shortage that NavigateAI aims to mitigate.
