A supervisor within Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), who was filmed brandishing a rifle following a high-profile shooting in New York on October 8, was also involved in a contentious arrest operation in Minneapolis last December.
The earlier incident occurred in December when federal agents were captured on video kneeling on and dragging a pregnant woman through the street during an enforcement action. The revelation that the same officer participated in both events has drawn renewed scrutiny to the conduct of ICE personnel during domestic operations.
