Three sisters who drowned in the English Channel near Brighton have been ruled to have collectively ended their own lives, according to a coroner’s finding. Jane Adetoro, aged 36, along with her sisters Christina Walters, 32, and Rebecca Walters, 31, were all residents of London.
The women were recovered from the water in the early hours of May 13 following a visit to their late mother’s former residence in the area. The inquest determined that the deaths were not accidental but were the result of a mutual decision to take their own lives.
