The Cleveland Browns secured a narrow 27-24 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night, utilizing a clutch final drive led by quarterback Deshaun Watson to seal the win with only seconds remaining.
The game featured significant momentum swings, with the Steelers mounting a comeback attempt that ultimately fell short. Watson guided the Browns’ offense down the field in the dying moments, setting up a game-winning field goal that gave Cleveland the triumph.
The result leaves both teams reflecting on a hard-fought contest, with the Browns adding a crucial divisional win while the Steelers leave no easy outcomes in their recent schedule.
The defensive stand at the end was huge. Watson set it up, but the D sealed it.
Thursday night thrills never disappoint. What a finish to an intense rivalry game!
Does this prove the Browns are legitimate contenders, or just lucky to find a winner against Pittsburgh?
I can’t believe the Steelers let that slip away at home. So close yet so far.
