BBC Sport has launched a suite of daily football quizzes designed to challenge fans’ knowledge of the beautiful game. The interactive series invites users to test their expertise through three distinct formats, with today’s puzzles crafted by Flora Snelson and Joe Rindl.
The first challenge, “Who Am I?”, asks participants to identify a specific footballer using the fewest guesses possible. After each incorrect attempt, players receive an additional clue, with higher scores awarded for identifying the player before multiple hints are revealed.
For those who prefer a speed-based test, the “Five in Five” segment requires users to provide five correct answers within a strict five-minute time limit. Meanwhile, the “Brainteaser” offers a more difficult puzzle, giving players five lives before the solution is disclosed.
The quizzes are part of BBC Sport’s broader interactive content, which also includes the Match of the Day Predictor. Fans looking for further engagement can explore dedicated archives for previous quizzes or sign up for notifications to have new puzzles delivered directly to their devices.
