David Sullivan Sues BBC for £150 Million Over Panorama Sexual Misconduct Documentary

West Ham United co-owner David Sullivan has initiated legal proceedings against the BBC, seeking £150 million in damages following the broadcast of a Panorama documentary that accused him of sexual misconduct. The high court claim was lodged by Sullivan’s legal representatives in relation to the program titled “Predator: The Billionaire Football Boss,” which aired in June.

The investigation featured testimony from several women who alleged that Sullivan abused his position of power. The former pornography businessman, who retains his stake in the Premier League club, is contesting the claims through the lawsuit.
